About

Volbeat are a Danish metal band formed in Copenhagen in 2001. Composed of lead vocalist and guitarist Michael Poulsen, bassist Kaspar Boye Larsen and drummer Jon Larsen, Volbeat have grown from early success in Scandinavia to international fame with several Billboard 200-charting albums and RIAA-certified platinum singles like 2010’s “A Warrior's Call” and 2016’s “The Devil's Bleeding Crown.” Volbeat released their debut album The Strength/The Sound/The Songs in 2005, followed by Rock the Rebel/Metal the Devil in 2007 and Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood in 2008. The group broke out with 2010’s Beyond Hell/Above Heaven, Volbeat’s first to hit the Billboard 200, while their follow-ups Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies (2013) and Seal the Deal & Let's Boogie (2016) hit subsequent career peaks at No. 9 and No. 4, respectively. Meanwhile, Volbeat have logged 10 No. 1 singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and earned a Best Metal Performance nomination for “Room 24” at the 2014 Grammy Awards. In 2025, Volbeat announced their ninth album, God of Angels Trust, along with their seventh headlining tour, Greatest of All Tours Worldwide.

Volbeat head out on the North American leg of the Greatest of All Tours Worldwide in June 2025. After kicking off at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, the tour will cover much of North America through August 2025.

The North American leg of Volbeat’s Greatest of All Tours Worldwide begins on June 7 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase multiple VIP package options for the Greatest of All Tours Worldwide. VIP packages include perks such as:

Volbeat will be joined on the North American leg of the Greatest of All Tours Worldwide by Halestorm(Opens in new tab) and The Ghost Inside(Opens in new tab) on all U.S. dates and Three Days Grace(Opens in new tab), who will alternate headlining spots on all Canadian dates.

Tickets for Volbeat’s Greatest of All Tours Worldwide will be available via Ticketmaster. 

Pre-sales begin with VIP Packages as well as early access for fans who purchased God of Angels Trust on March 10 at 10:00 a.m. local time. A presale for Citi and American Express cardmembers, along with various artist presales, open on March 11 at 10:00 a.m. local time, followed by a Live Nation presale and Ticketmaster presale on March 12 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Presales for Spotify, Blabbermouth, Knotfest and local venues and radio stations will take place on March 13 at 10:00 a.m. local time. 

Tickets for Volbeat’s 2025 tour will go on sale to the general public on March 14 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

    These guys rock. Volbeat plays hard and loud but the lyrics come across clean.

    Thoroughly enjoyed Volbeat! It was the first time I got the chance to see them and would definitely go again if and when they come back to Winnipeg!! Also had great seats too!

  • Amazing Concert!

    The concert was amazing and Volbeat sounded just like their records except the live experience. The only issue I had was a group of men were standing up throughout the concert blocking us from seeing half of the stage. These men blocked other people too. I asked one of the men (he was taller) if he minded changing places with his shorter counterparts or perhaps sit down. He refused and was very snotty. As a result, we didn't get to see the right side of the stage. A few of the other concert goers left their seats and went to other empty seats. This is the only reason I give it a three star rating. I hope that in the future, there are staff that can monitor this as I paid for this seat and this group ruined it for me and my partner.

    Vobeat was EXCELLENT!!!! However, it wasn't until after we got to the concert which we were honestly more looking forward to halestorm, did we find out that they weren't there. I really wish ticket master had been more transparent. Volbeat, again, was amazing. We just really were bummed not to see our favorite band.

    We had the privilege of experiencing Volbeat at a smaller venue (in Calgary), which was worth the 6-hour drive from the Okanagan. Incredible showmanship, performance was top notch, can’t wait to see them again!!

    Brought my kids to their first real concert. Ages 11 and 14. They loved the drummer for Halestorm and the pounding drums to the chest all night. Volbeat was awesome and they invited all the young rockers up to the stage for the last song. A very memorable evening

    We went for just Halestorm, I can’t speak to Volbeat. She is amazing and I love her voice. Now the venue…..one Merch Counter……come on!! The line up was literally around the entire Center!!

    Both Volbeat and Halestorm were amazing, could not have wished for a better experience. Unfortunately, there was only 1 merchandise venture, the line was insane, I missed half of Halestorm to get merchandise, and didn't get half of what was asked for. By the time we noticed the vendor was closed. So I guess that could be improved. But honestly, that's a first world problem the bands were amazing!

    I am not a Volbeat fan, but they put on a good show.. Their opening act Halestorm was fantastic. Lizzy Hale can sing and the only regret-was that she only sang for 1 hour and only a few of her hits . Wanted more Halestorm.

    This Band never disappoints, Michael Polsen is definitely the sound of Volbeat. I was sad to hear the news of RC their guitarist leaving. Myself could definitely hear the difference with Rob gone. Moreover this caused quite a few songs not getting played which was a letdown. But overall Volbeat delivered

    I’m so glad that I got to see them! Funny how I just discovered them last year after hearing Michael singing on Iced Earth’s Highway Man. They are now one of my top metal bands and look forward to new music and their next tour!! Fantastic!

    VOLBEAT This front man is a front man’s man. He commands the stage with the big beautiful voice of his without the help of any one on the stage, he is a leader. The members know their guitars they are one with them. The invite of all the children on the stage was a rockers wholesomeness displayed for us to see. And the amazing music that comes to my ears from the stage was melting my heart …. not to mention Michaels good looks …. love guitars the faster the better and they do that ….. I only want to be with you …. yup they sang it and so did we all Halestrom rocks, girls with loud singing voices rock Lzzy rocks her brother rocked the drums …… I loved this concert and will see Volbeat again, call me a groupie WOO
