I've wanted to see Wicked since it came out. When I saw it Toronto, the only word I can use is, AMAZING! I loved every minute of it. The cast was incredible. I couldn't help but walk away with a giant smile on my face! Looking forward to seeing the performance in Ottawa!
I was surprised at how much I liked it. i have been a huge fan of the Wizard of Oz and all the Wicked/son of Wicked etc books but never really thought about seeing Wicked. I loved it. I like how the brought in elements of both the book Wicked but also tied it to the original Wizard of Oz story. Well done. Both lead actresses were fabulous.
I’ve watched wicked 3 times in Japan, so I love this musical!!!! It was amazing and fabulous!!! I wanna watch again!!

This is a wonderful show. It is full of Fun, Great music, wonderful singing and amazing settings. I was concerned reading other reviews about seating at the Detroit Opera House, but I'm 6ft & 250 Lbs and was comfortable. Yes, it is an old theatre, so you'll love the interiors style and amazing sound it provides, but hate the lack of bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our sold out performance. Loved our first visit and especially Loved Wicked!!
Detroit Opera House is a wonderful place to see this show. The cast was exceptional. At the end there was an immediate standing ovation from a very appreciative crowd. Highly recommend.
